This 3,500 Mid Century gem is Located at the bottom of Hollywood Hills with lively owners who like to entertain and their two Rhodesian ridgeback canines.
The concept was to have the first-floor Dining/Kitchen, Media room, and Pool be a Public entertainment zone and the second floor be a private bedroom and office area. Both architecture and interiors are bright, cheerful, and happy.
The mood is optimistic, and the art is very eclectic. The color palette was carefully selected to go with the architecture, and we wanted to make sure the clients had the flexibility they needed to exchange things as they wanted.
The Lighting was selected to be more sculptural with a contemporary approach, still referencing the mid-century character of the building.
